Return Policy
Returns are issued for Store credit only. Items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and free from any odors and pet hair within 14 days of purchase are eligible for store Credit. Items that are FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or refund of any kind. These items include: sale items, free gifts or promotional items, and all accessories (except shoes). Return shipping costs are to be paid by the Customer. By purchasing online with Harper Rylee Boutique, you agree to the Return Policy stated here, on our website.
Harper Rylee Boutique will not issue any store credit, or reserve/hold a new item until the returned item has been received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your store credit code.
Defective Items
It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email Harper Rylee Boutique at with pictures and details.
*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy.
Harper Rylee Boutique is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
